• We are in early access preview. Payments and checkout are not live yet.
• When sales open, we will notify the waitlist and publish full payment terms.
• During preview, we only collect early access emails to communicate launch updates.

Product scope

• The product is the SDD Starter Kit CLI and related assets delivered via a license token.
• In early access preview, scope and packaging may evolve before general availability.
• License terms for paid access will be finalized when sales go live.

Delivery

• Early access users are contacted by email with updates and onboarding instructions.
• When licensing is active, token delivery details will be documented here.

Refunds

• No payments are processed during preview, so refunds do not apply yet.
• See the dedicated Refund Policy for launch-stage terms.

Acceptable use & restrictions

• No sharing, reselling, or publishing license tokens.
• No using the product to violate laws, infringe IP, or attempt to circumvent security or licensing mechanisms.
• We may revoke tokens in cases of fraud, abuse, or chargebacks.

Data & privacy

• We store your email to notify you about early access and launch updates.
• The CLI is local-first: your repository code does not leave your machine.
• BYOK model: you provide and manage your own LLM API key.

Disclaimers & liability

• The software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
