What we collect

• Email addresses submitted for early access updates.
• Basic request metadata for security and abuse prevention.
• Optional product analytics, only if analytics is enabled.

What the CLI does not collect

• Your repository code is not uploaded to our servers.
• Core spec generation runs locally on your machine.

Security and abuse prevention logs

For token validation and access protection, relevant endpoints may log IP address and device_id when present. This is used to detect abuse and protect access integrity.

Third-party services

• Hosting and infrastructure providers used to serve the website and APIs.
• Email provider for waitlist and product communication.

Data retention

• Waitlist emails are retained while early access is active or until deletion is requested.
• Operational logs are retained only as long as needed for security and debugging.
